Our extra virgin olive oil is a blend of Leccino and Brisighella cultivars, a native Emilian variety. It is intensely fruity green, with vegetal notes of cut grass, artichoke and tomato leaf. On the palate, it is characterized by personality and structure, with hints of herbs and freshly mowed lawn that enhance the bitterness and spiciness in a perfect balance.
Its sourcing from young plants in organic farming, hand harvesting and cold milling within 6 hours of harvesting preserve its quality and authenticity.
